🧾GENERAL
- Please read at all carefully before commission me.
- I have the right to choose to accept or not accept any commission for my own reasons.
- Complex designs, backgrounds, and additional objects may change the final price.

- กรุณาอ่านทุกข้อให้ครบถ้วนก่อนสั่งคอมมิชชั่นค่ะ
- ผู้วาดขอเลือกงานที่รับตามความเหมาะสม
- รายละเอียดที่ซับซ้อน ฉากหลัง หรือวัตถุเพิ่มเติม อาจทำให้ราคาสุดท้ายเปลี่ยนแปลงได้

✏️REVISIONS
- At the sketch and line art process, you can ask for as many revisions as you want,
but if the revisions start to look beyond your brief provided a fee may be charged.
- If there is an error made by me revisions will be free.
- If I have already sent a file, cannot revisions further

✏️การแก้ไขงาน
- ในขั้นตอนร่าง (sketch) และตัดเส้น (line art) คุณสามารถขอแก้ไขได้ไม่จำกัดจำนวนครั้ง
แต่หากการแก้ไขเริ่มเกินขอบเขตที่ระบุไว้ในบรีฟ อาจมีการคิดค่าบริการเพิ่มเติมค่ะ
- หากมีข้อผิดพลาดที่เกิดจากตัวผู้วาดเอง จะทำการแก้ไขให้ฟรีไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย
- หากไฟล์งานถูกส่งไปแล้ว จะไม่สามารถแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมได้อีกนะคะ

⏰DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- This commission may take 3-45 days.
- If you have a deadline please let me know.

- งานคอมมิชชั่นนี้อาจใช้เวลาประมาณ 3–45 วัน ขึ้นอยู่กับความยากและคิวงานในขณะนั้น
- หากคุณมีวันกำหนดส่งแน่นอน กรุณาแจ้งล่วงหน้า เพื่อให้สามารถจัดคิวและวางแผนได้อย่างเหมาะสมค่ะ

x1 for personal use : personal Icon / Profile picture, Collection, PC / wallpaperx2 for commercial use : Vtuber activity( icon, banner, etc.) / Streaming content / E-book cover / Merchandise / ads / print etc.

x1 สำหรับการใช้งานส่วนตัว เช่น:
– ไอคอน / รูปโปรไฟล์ส่วนตัว
– เก็บสะสม
– ภาพหน้าจอคอมพิวเตอร์หรือวอลเปเปอร์ส่วนตัวx2 สำหรับการใช้งานเชิงพาณิชย์ เช่น:
– การใช้งานที่เกี่ยวกับ Vtuber (ไอคอน, แบนเนอร์ ฯลฯ)
– คอนเทนต์สำหรับสตรีมมิ่ง
– ปกหนังสือ E-book
– สินค้า / สื่อโฆษณา / งานพิมพ์ ฯลฯ

🧠INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
As an artist, I have full authority to do the following.- Post WIP on social media
- Post the full image with a watermark on social media.
If you do not allow this, please notify me before starting work.
- If not hired at a commercial price You may not use the work commercially.- DO NOT use my commission for AI arts and NFTs.If you would give credit to me (HUCKYPaw), I would appreciate it 🍑

🧠สิทธิในทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา
ในฐานะศิลปิน ฉันขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการทำสิ่งต่อไปนี้:- โพสต์ภาพระหว่างทำงาน (WIP) บนโซเชียลมีเดีย
- โพสต์ภาพเต็มพร้อมลายน้ำบนโซเชียลมีเดีย
หากคุณไม่อนุญาตให้โพสต์ โปรดแจ้งฉันก่อนเริ่มงาน
- หากไม่ได้จ้างในเรตราคาเชิงพาณิชย์ จะไม่สามารถนำงานไปใช้ในเชิงพาณิชย์ได้- ห้ามนำงานที่คอมมิชชั่นไปใช้ร่วมกับ AI หรือใช้เป็น NFT โดยเด็ดขาดหากคุณให้เครดิตชื่อฉันว่า HUCKYPaw ด้วย จะรู้สึกขอบคุณมากเลยค่ะ 🍑

💸REFUNDS
- No refunds will be issued once the work has been started or is in progress.
- If you cancel the commission during the process, I will not refund any fees that have already been charged (such as deposits).
- However, if the work has not yet begun, you are free to cancel the commission.
- If you cancel a commission after confirming it, there is a high chance that I may not accept future commissions from you.

💸การคืนเงิน (REFUNDS)
- จะไม่มีการคืนเงิน หากงานได้เริ่มต้นหรืออยู่ระหว่างดำเนินการแล้ว
- หากคุณยกเลิกงานระหว่างดำเนินการ ฉันจะไม่คืนค่าธรรมเนียมใด ๆ ที่ได้เรียกเก็บไปแล้ว (เช่น ค่ามัดจำ)
- แต่หากงานยังไม่ได้เริ่ม คุณสามารถยกเลิกคอมมิชชั่นได้ตามสะดวก
- หากคุณยกเลิกงานหลังจากยืนยันแล้ว อาจมีโอกาสสูงที่ฉันจะไม่รับคอมมิชชั่นจากคุณในอนาคต
